Media Accreditation

Accreditation for media representatives wishing to cover the LOOP ONE Festival will be
managed through the IBU Membercenter:

To request accreditation, you must first create a media profile and upload the following documents:

• A valid press card or a letter of assignment
• A copy of your personal ID
• A recent accreditation photo

Once your profile and documents are submitted, they will be reviewed. If everything is in order, you will receive a confirmation email.

After your profile is confirmed, you will be able to apply for event accreditation.

Accreditation Timeline:

• Opens: 1 September 2025
• Closes: 9 October 2025

Please note that only media with confirmed and complete profiles will be able to apply and be considered for accreditation.
