The race course runs around the Olympic Lake - right in the heart of Munich. Along the course, you will find spectator areas with prime views of the competition, festival atmosphere and diverse food and drink options – allowing you to experience every second of the race up close.

On-site parking is limited and fills up quickly, especially during major events. We highly recommend using public transportation to avoid traffic congestion and parking issues.

There will be no official luggage storage available. Please avoid bringing large bags, as security checks will be conducted at the entrance.
Yes, LOOP ONE Festival will take place in all weather conditions. If case of extreme weather, that force a cancellation, we will provide updates via our website and social media channels.
No, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once they have been purchased.

You are welcome – and encouraged – to bring your own bottles. Please do not bring glass bottles, but reusable plastic bottles instead. We will provide dedicated water refill stations so you can stay refreshed throughout the festival.
In principle, the house rules and Olympiapark Freianlagenverordnung (as of 10/2024) apply upon entering the park grounds managed by Olympiapark München GmbH.
In addition, the house rules issued by the organizer, the International Biathlon Union (IBU), apply to the event grounds of the LOOP ONE Festival from October 17, 2026, to October 18, 2026.
The security and public order service commissioned by the organizer is authorized to search persons for dangerous or otherwise prohibited items. The search also extends to the clothing of persons and their bags, backpacks and other containers.
