We encourage you to use public transportation, as the venue is centrally located and easily accessible. If you have a ticket for the LOOP ONE Festival grandstand, MVV network access is included on the event day.

On-site parking is limited and fills up quickly, especially during major events. We highly recommend using public transportation to avoid traffic congestion and parking issues.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, and designated tickets are available for wheelchair users. If you require one, please contact ticketing@looponefestival.com.

There will be no official luggage storage available. Please avoid bringing large bags, as security checks will be conducted at the entrance.

Yes, LOOP ONE Festival will take place in all weather conditions. If case of extreme weather, that force a cancellation, we will provide updates via our website and social media channels.

No, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once they have been purchased.

Yes, you will get the chance to meet selected athletes in a meet&greet session on 18th October.

You are welcome – and encouraged – to bring your own bottles. Please do not bring glass bottles, but reusable plastic bottles instead. We will provide dedicated water refill stations so you can stay refreshed throughout the festival.

In principle, the house rules and Olympiapark Freianlagenverordnung (as of 10/2024) apply upon entering the park grounds managed by Olympiapark München GmbH.

In addition, the house rules issued by the organizer, the International Biathlon Union (IBU), apply to the event grounds of the LOOP ONE Festival from October 18, 2025, to October 19, 2025.

The security and public order service commissioned by the organizer is authorized to search persons for dangerous or otherwise prohibited items. The search also extends to the clothing of persons and their bags, backpacks and others.

The following items are not permitted on the event grounds:

• Drugs and illegal substances of any kind, as well as substances that can have an intoxicating effect, such as cannabis
• Glass containers, glass bottles, cans, jars, and jugs of all sizes
• Gas spray cans, corrosive or staining substances
• Spray cans (deodorant spray, hairspray, paint spray)
• Items made of fragile, splintering, or particularly hard materials
• Bulky items of any kind, e.g., ladders, (folding) chairs, seating furniture, camping equipment
• Pyrotechnic items of any kind (including fireworks, gas horns, sparklers, star throwers, Bengal fires)
• Items that may pose a hazard due to their high flammability
• Torches
• Firearms, cutting, stabbing, and other weapons of all kinds
• Items and tools of all kinds that can be used as weapons or projectiles
• Knives according to the applicable weapons law
• Studded bracelets, necklaces, belts, metal chains longer than 50 cm (e.g., purse holders)
• Helmets, masks, and face coverings (except for commercially available face masks worn as a hygiene measure)
• Metal flagpoles, selfie sticks
• Bicycles, e-scooters, inline skates, roller skates, skateboards, etc.
• Animals, especially dogs
• Compressed air horns, megaphones, vuvuzelas, and other mechanical or electronic devices for generating excessive noise
• Laser pointers
• Drones and other unmanned aerial systems
• Texts, images, and other materials with discriminatory, inhumane, obscene, pornographic, and/or racist content, or which reveal backgrounds that violate the personal rights of third parties.
• Professional audio, photo, and video equipment

The following are permitted:

• Backpacks and bags no larger than 30 liters
• Strollers and walkers outside the spectator areas in the grandstand and ticketing area of the lawn steps and the Theatron
• Flags (wooden poles with a maximum length of 2.00 m and a maximum diameter of 2 cm)
• Banners, posters, flags no larger than 1.5 m x 1.0 m
• Plastic and telescopic flags, provided they are hollow and flexible
• Umbrellas without metal tips (in the spectator area on the grandstand, lawn steps, or
• Theatron, only closed to avoid obstructing the view of others)
• Small “noise and mood makers” in the spectator areas that are not too loud and do not take up too much space
• Cell phones, disposable cameras, pocket cameras
• Plastic bottles/collapsible bottles
• Food in packaging
• Medication

The police will be notified immediately in the following cases:

• Emblems, clothing, banners, patches, flags, and similar items of any kind whose inscriptions are likely to defame individuals on the basis of their skin color, religion, origin, gender, or sexual orientation, or other content that is racist, xenophobic, or glorifies violence
• Statements, gestures, or slogans that, due to their nature or content, are likely to discriminate against individuals based on their skin color, religion, origin, gender, or sexual orientation
• Weapons of any kind (including throwing stars and brass knuckles)
• Fireworks and pyrotechnic articles of any kind
• Tablets and powders in plastic bags or other unusual containers
• Unauthorized ticket trading
