LOOP ONE team!
Be right in the middle of the action at the LOOP ONE Festival: Experience the event from a unique perspective, support the team behind the scenes, and be part of an unforgettable festival experience.
Registration is done via the form on our website. After your registration, we will contact you personally by beginning of August. You will receive details about your area of work and exact procedures in September 2026.
Whether it’s setting up or taking down, at the race track, or at ticket control—we’ll find the right task for everyone.
No event without you! During setup and teardown in the Olympiapark and along the route, you’ll use your strength and team spirit to ensure everything is ready on time. Whether it’s grandstands, barriers, or banners—you’re a vital part of the festival’s infrastructure.
The Information Booth is the first point of contact for all questions regarding the festival.
You keep a clear head even with thousands of visitors and provide assistance and directions starting from the moment guests arrive at the parking lot, ensuring a stress-free experience for our guests.
Right in the middle of it! Support athletes at the starting line, conduct the equipment check, ensure everything runs smoothly, and welcome finishers at the finish line.
Make sure all visitors stay on the right track. As a course marshal, you’ll help secure the course and assist visitors as they cross it. With clear instructions and a positive attitude, you’ll contribute to a safe and well-organized race.
Take aim at the targets yourself and feel like a real pro. At the Biathlon4All activity station, visitors can test their skills at the shooting range with laser rifles.
You will staff at one of the activity stations and encourage festivalgoers to participate in the photo spot, biathlon darts, etc.
You will serve as a ticket checker or scanner at the entrance to the grandstand and the grass terraces
You will assist in the stands and, in particular, on the grass terraces, helping visitors find their seats. You will keep an eye on the grounds and ensure that escape routes and center aisles remain clear.
In the special ticket area, assist wheelchair users and visually impaired guests with access and help ensure they have a great experience on-site.
You will actively approach visitors on-site and conduct short surveys. With your friendly and open manner, you will gather valuable opinions and feedback, thereby helping to measure the event’s success.
